1. Request an Evaluation
- Contact our asset recovery team and provide the part numbers of the hardware you’re looking to sell.
- We work with renowned brands like Cisco, IBM, Dell, Brocade, Juniper, HP, and many others.

2. We provide a hardware review and an estimated valuation.
Once our team reviews and evaluates your hardware, we will provide you with our assessment.
We will present our findings in a formal quote. Upon acceptance, we will send you a purchase order that includes payment terms, shipping details, and a line-by-line breakdown of the value of your network equipment.
Newer equipment generally holds higher value than older models, but regardless of what you have, we will do our best to ensure you receive a fair valuation.
3. We inspect and test your equipment
When your hardware arrives at our facility, we conduct a thorough physical and technical inspection of your surplus IT equipment.
First, we verify that no damage occurred during shipping. From there, we securely erase all sensitive information and network configurations from your hardware before moving it into our testing process.
Once all networking devices have completed our testing and refurbishment procedures (as needed), we will provide you with a detailed summary of our findings.
4. We pay you
Once you accept our payment offer following the testing and inspection, our Accounts Payable Department will process your payment quickly and efficiently.
